Who is this service for?

This service is designed for teachers and educators to support lesson creation, explanations, and classroom preparation. It is not intended for general consumer chat or non-educational use.

How does the WhatsApp tool work?

You send a message to the tool through WhatsApp describing your teaching question or challenge. Messages sent to our WhatsApp tool are processed by our systems and service providers to generate responses and teaching support.

Do you store WhatsApp messages?

We store messages as needed to provide the Service, maintain conversation context, support users, and improve quality and safety. Over time, conversation data is deleted or de-identified in line with our Privacy Policy.

Can I share information about my students?

Please minimise personal data and avoid sharing identifiable student information where possible (for example, use “Student A”). Only share information you have the right to share, and avoid highly sensitive details.

Is this service free?

During pilot and early deployment phases, access may be provided through partner schools or programmes. Availability and pricing may change over time.

Can I stop using the service?

Yes. You can message STOP to the WhatsApp tool at any time. This will remove you from the system. You may also request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Is the tool always correct?

No. The tool may sometimes provide incorrect or incomplete information. You should review and adapt responses before using them in your teaching.
